Immutable had received a 'Wells Notice' from the SEC in November 2024, regarding suspected securities regulatory violations.However, the investigation was closed at the end of March 2025 without enforcement action, allowing the company to continue with its plans."Now that the investigation is over, stay tuned as we will only accelerate from here on out," Ferguson wrote in an update on the regulatory development. Despite the SEC's attention, he added, Immutable has continued to grow, forging new alliances and expanding its ecosystem.Immutable shows strong user and ecosystem growthFerguson also shared significant data on the expansion of the Immutable ecosystem.
