China Abstract Herein, we developed a Cu2+-activatable dual-mode fluorescence and chemiluminescence probe (Ac-Do-Py) for thiram detection via competitive binding, achieving a detection limit of 100 nM under chemiluminescence mode. This first portable platform with dual fluorescence/chemiluminescence responses enables in situ monitoring of thiram residues on fruit surfaces.
